About the event
In September we welcome the transition of Summer into Autumn.
Our Yoga practice will focus on releasing and letting go as well as finding balance and strength.
This will prepare the body and mind to settle into a soothing and relaxing soundbath integrating the essence of the yoga practice and bringing everyone to a grounded and peaceful state.
This will be our second yoga + soundbath session after a sold-out Summer Solstice event @theyard in June.
